She regularly presents nationally and internationally about the educational and community-building value of new web tools, the changing role of libraries and about creating learning environments. She is enthusiastic about new models of collaboration like Open Source Software, Open Access publishing, Creative Commons and unconferences – and how this collaboration can transform cultural institutions.
