Kerry is currently employed as an ICT Procurement Officer at Curtin IT Services-Humanities on a full time basis, having first arrived at Curtin University as a student in the Aboriginal Bridging Course in 1994.
Upon completion of the Aboriginal Bridging Course, Kerry decided she would like to further her studies and as a result has now completed her Bachelor of Science (Information Technology), Graduate Certificate in Management, and is currently enrolled in the final unit for the Post Graduate Diploma in Management at the CBS. Proposed study commitments include enrolment in a PhD (Doctor of Philosophy).
Kerry worked for approximately 4 years at the Centre for Human Rights Education as a Project Coordinator/Administrator. Kerry also worked for several years at the Centre for Aboriginal Studies as an IT Support Officer, as Team Leader of Student Services and as a Special Projects Officer. She continues to tutor Indigenous Australian block release program and local students in basic to advanced computing skills.

Lecturer/tutor in the Centre for Aboriginal Studies - Bachelor of Education Conversion Course.
Teaching - Postgraduate
Unit Coordinator/Lecturer in Computing unit for the Postgraduate Program at the Centre for Aboriginal Studies. Rewrote the unit outline based on the current curriculum for the unit.
Teaching - Administration
Sessional lecturer for Computing in the Aboriginal Bridging Course/Aboriginal Art Course/Indigenous Tertiary Enabling Course.

2004 Curtin Business School - Indigenous Postgraduate Scholarship Award $5000 plus course fees, Curtin University of Technology. 1998 Awarded the Equity & Merit Undergraduate HECS Exemption Scholarship (EMUHS), Curtin University of Technology. 1994 Received the Outstanding Achievement Award for participation/efforts in the Aboriginal Bridging Course, Curtin University of Technology. 1993 Nominated for the Rotary Club of Kenwick Full-Time Student of the Year Award for 1993, South East Metropolitan College of Tafe, Thornlie.
