Lina is in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and coordinates and lectures a range of units which deal with the integration and effective use of ICT in teaching and learning. She has a primary teaching background and her teaching and research interests include: the adoption and implementation of ICT in teaching and learning; enhancing learning through the use of ICT with young children through to adults; electronic portfolios; innovation and change.

Research Interests

Although I love teaching – it is my core business - I feel very strongly about designing research projects which will inform my future teaching. My current research interests are: the adoption and use of ICT in learning and teaching; electronic portfolios; online learning; formative assessment and mentoring.
