Mark is the Unit Coordinator for Art and Creativity (acting), Sessional Academic and Technical Officer in the School of Design and Art at Curtin University. Mark completed his BA (Social Science) at Edith Cowan University, Perth, in 1994, BA (Art) (Honours) in 2006, and MA (Visual Art) in 2007 at Curtin University of Technology, Perth.

 

Mark has contributed to a number of exhibitions and residencies including, Art Clearinghouse Project, Perth Centre for Photography (2012), Anyday Now, Galerie Dusseldorf (2011), Rogue Trip, Open Studio@Artspace (2010), Dream Bore, Fremantle Arts Centre (2010); Why do we do the things we do, Perth Institute of Contemporary Art (PICA) (2009); Yellow Vest Syndrome, Fremantle Art Centre, Fremantle (2009); For a moment, the blissful feeling of being able to see it all, Moores Building Contemporary Art Gallery, Fremantle (2008); Floorwork, Moores Building Contemporary Art Gallery, Fremantle (2008); Economy, Perth Institute of Contemporary Art (PICA) (2007); Long Distance Relationship, International Art Space Kellerberrin Australia (IASKA), Kellerberrin (2007); Hatched National Graduate Exhibition, Perth Institute of Contemporary Art (PICA) (2006); Putting on an Act, Perth Institute of Contemporary Art (PICA) (2005).
