Robin is the Program Coordinator for the Bachelor of Education (Secondary) and is also the Unit Coordinator for the units in teaching and learning processes for all secondary undergraduate and Graduate Diploma students. He has previously had extensive experience in teaching, educational administration and project management in Australia and overseas.

Research Interests

Professional growth and sharing knowledge; effective teaching and learning; classroom management; professional teaching standards; moral dispositions in teaching; learning styles and multiple intelligences; and, science education, including concept development in science and teaching based on constructivism.

Methodological expertise:
Naturalistic inquiry; qualitative methods; non-formal interviews and group processes; writing as inquiry; using video and multimedia as research tools; and action research
