I had three daughters that have graduated from Curtin (Social Work, Teaching, Urban Planning), whom all encouraged me to apply to Curtin.

My time at Curtin was rewarding, exhausting and enjoyable. I enjoyed being treated as an equal with the younger students and the supportive environment.

On the whole the staff have been very supportive and helped in any way possible which was very important when being a mature age student.

Since graduating I have been offered a part-time job at Middle Swan Primary School. The practicum component of the degree got me my job offer.

Would I recommend this degree to others? Most definitely - especially to people who are returning to study as a mature age student.
