Future Undergraduate Students
The Faculty of Humanities at Curtin University of Technology offers a large number of courses and degrees in a wide range of areas of study. Anything that involves humans and the world we live in can be studied here through creative as well as theoretical degrees. To enhance learning students are encouraged to take units across the courses of the Humanities and many courses have practical units that allow students real industry experience in preparation for employment at the completion of their degree.
An undergraduate degree from Humanities at Curtin University gives students a solid foundation for their future careers be it as architects, social workers, teachers, web designers, writers, producers or artists to name but a few.
The Courses link on the left offers a general overview of the courses available at Curtin, while the link to the schools and departments gives access to specific courses and course brochures.
Further information about specific courses as well as application and enrolment procedures can be obtained from the individual course brochures or from Student Services.
Open Universities Australia Programs
Many of Curtin's courses are available to study off-campus through Open Universities Australia (OUA). OUA is jointly owned by seven Australian universities and allows you to study units online. OUA graduates earn the same qualifications as if they had studied on campus. Some Humanities courses are offered entirely online, including Art, Internet Studies and Folklore studies.
