The A R L Wright Memorial Prize (value $200) awarded jointly by The Architects' Board of WA and The WA Chapter of The RAIA to the student in any year of the Bachelor of Applied Science (Architectural Science) course making the best progress.
The Association of Consulting Architects Prize (value $250) awarded by the WA Branch of the Association of Consulting Architects to the student achieving the best results in the unit Architectural Law & Contracts 402 in the Bachelor of Architecture. .
Boffins Bookshop Award (value $100) awarded to the first year student undertaking the common Bachelor of Applied Science Architectural Science/Interior Architecture who has, in the opinion of the Board of Examiners, displayed the greatest progress.
Buchan Group Prize (value $1,500) awarded to the student gaining a Bachelor of Architecture (Honours) degree who, in the opinion of the Board of Examiners, has achieved the highest overall standard of performance in the Bachelor of Architecture course.
Cameron Chisholm and Nicol Prize (value $1,000) awarded to the student gaining the highest standard of architectural design in the fifth year of the Bachelor of Architecture course in the unit Architectural Dissertation 599.
E G Cohen Medal (bronze medal) awarded by the RAIA to a final year student nominated by the Curtin Architecture Student Association (CASA), who has both a distinguished academic record as well as a record of service to fellow students in the Bachelor of Architecture course.
The Fielders Prize for excellence in the study of Building Technology (value $500) awarded to the third year architecture student in the Bachelor of Applied Science (Architectural Science) course achieving the highest combined results in the units Building Technology 301 and 302.
The Graphisoft award for Architecture and Interior Architecture ($1000) awarded by Graphisoft to a second year student who in the opinion of the examiners has achieved excellence in using ArchiCAD as the primary CAD technology.
The Laminex Group Prize (value $250) awarded to the first year student who has gained the best results in three studio subjects in the Bachelor of Applied Science (Architectural Science).
The Peter Hunt Travel Prize (value $10,000) is available on an annual basis to a distinguished graduate completing the Curtin Bachelor of Architecture degree. The prize is to be used for work related to overseas travel, research and/or study associated with the discipline of architecture for a minimum of 12 months. Travel must be commenced within six months of the award being made. Eligible students will be invited to self-nominate to the Head of School by 4.00pm, the last Friday in October. Conditions for the award are available from the Head of School secretary. Applicants will be interviewed by a panel comprising Peter Hunt (or nominee); Head of School of Architecture, Construction and Planning (or nominee) and the Royal Australian Institute of Architects State President (or nominee). The panel will select the successful applicant and the award will comprise a certificate together with $10,000 provided by Peter Hunt Architect.
The RAIA and HASSEL (WA) Graduation Prize in Architecture is awarded jointly by the RAIA and HASSEL to the graduating student achieving architectural excellence in the Bachelor of Architecture. The award will comprise of (a) $2500 cheque, (b) certificate presented by the RAIA Chapter President or nominee, (c) offer of 1 year employment (internship) with the sponsor firm, (d) RAIA membership fees paid for 2 years, (e) RAIA 'Practice of Architecture' course fees paid upon application and (g) Board of Architects first year of registration enrolment fees paid upon application.
W A Nelson Prize (value $100) awarded by the WA Chapter of RAIA to the most deserving third year student of the Bachelor of Applied Science (Architectural Science) course.
W H Robertson Memorial Travel Grant (value $2,500) awarded jointly by the WA Chapter of the RAIA and the Architects Board of WA to the student who has been diligent throughout the course leading to the Bachelor of Architecture and who would most benefit from experience outside Western Australia.
The Wise Earth Prize (value $500) awarded by Garry Baverstock to the student obtaining the highest grade in the unit Architectural Science 302 in the Bachelor of Applied Science (Architectural Science) course.
The Woods Bagot Scholarship in Architecture (valued at $1,000 per year for two years) awarded to the student who has completed the Bachelor of Applied Science (Architectural Science) and, in the opinion of the Selection committee, has shown the qualities of academic excellence, leadership and an understanding of the relationship between academic studies and the needs of the architecture profession.

First year
The Attica Tiles Award (value $100) – awarded to the student gaining the best overall results in the first year of the Bachelor of Arts (Interior Architecture) course.
Second year
The Jacksons Drawing Supplies Award and Faber Castell Prize (value $150) – awarded to the most outstanding student in the studio component of the unit Design Communication 221 in the second year of the Bachelor of Arts (Interior Architecture) course.
The Dulux Australia Award (value $850) – awarded to the most outstanding student in the unit Colour Theory 222 in the second year of the Bachelor of Arts (Interior Architecture) course.
The NRG FORCE Prize ($200) awarded to the student gaining the best overall results in the 2nd year of the Bachelor of Arts (Interior Architecture) course.
Third year
The Design Farm Award (Fritz Hansen Series 7 chair valued at $715) awarded to the student who created the most outstanding piece of contemporary furniture design in the unit Furniture Design Workshop 322 in the Bachelor of Arts (Interior Architecture) course.
The Heather Grauaug Prize (value $200) - awarded to the student gaining the highest standard in the area of Ecological Sustainability in building product research and application in the unit IA Technical Studies 322 in the Bachelor of Arts (Interior Architecture) course.
The DIA Award (membership valued at $75) – awarded to the student gaining the best results in the Design Career Strategy unit in the Bachelor of Arts (Interior Architecture) course.
The Hassell Student Scholarship in Interior Architecture (valued at $2,500) will be awarded to the student who has gained the highest overall results in their third year of study and who in the opinion of the Board of Examiners, has shown the qualities of academic excellence, leadership and an ability to work as part of a team.
Fourth year
The Geyer Prize (value $1000) – awarded to the Honours student gaining the highest standard in the unit Interior Architecture Dissertation 499 in the Bachelor of Arts (Interior Architecture) (Honours) program.
The Laminex Award in Interior Architecture (value $500) – is awarded to the most outstanding use of materials in the dissertation project in the final year of the BA (Interior Architecture) course.
The Brooking Design Prize ($750) awarded to the student gaining the best overall results in the final year of the Bachelor of Arts (Interior Architecture) course.
The Woods Bagot Award in Interior Architecture (valued at $1,500.00) is awarded to the student who has completed the Bachelor of Arts (Interior Architecture) degree, and, in the opinion of the Board of Examiners, has shown the qualities of academic excellence and leadership, and an understanding of the relationship between academic studies and the needs of the interior architecture profession.
