Research and Creative Production
Welcome to the Research and Creative Production web page for the School of the Built Environment.
Staff and postgraduate students in BE maintain an active research profile. As well as traditional forms of research staff in the School contribute to the cultural wealth of the community through their creative work. Artists, designers and architects work across a wide range of creative fields presenting the outcomes of their research by exhibiting their work, undertaking commissions and engaging with the community to produce new creative works. Research interests of the School staff may be accessed following the links below to the matrix detailing each staff member's activity and engagement in their chosen fields.
The School Research and Creative Production Committee works closely with the Divisional Creative Production Committee and University Research and Development to facilitate and promote the research and creative production and build a research culture across the fields of art, design, architecture, construction, planning and interior architecture.
At the bottom of the page are the contact details for the chair of the School's Research and Creative Production Committee. Please feel free to make contact on any issues associated with research activities within the School.
