"I did Honours in International Relations part-time over two years and found it a very challenging experience. The coursework gave me exposure to a wide range of theoretical concepts and research methods. Ultimately there was the thesis, which was harder and of more value than any work I’ve previously done. The different dynamic of one on one meetings with my supervisor was an excellent exercise and allowed a deeper study of the thesis topic. The support I received from my supervisor and other teachers was excellent and made my Degree study at Curtin worthwhile. It was a challenging experience but one that has developed my academic skills well beyond what was possible in the three year program."
