New software for the reflective teacher

As a teacher you’re continually confronted with choices: What sort of teacher do you want to be? Which stands do you take on educational issues? What knowledge and skills do you need to put your beliefs into action?

If you’re seeking more active and collaborative approaches to your own professional development, or that of your staff, this session will introduce you to an innovative new software called mme moe.

This web-based coaching assistant supports your process of reflection and decision making, so you can develop as the teacher you want to be.

About your presenter

Paul Williams has had a long and varied career in education. He has been a teacher and a principal in the WA state school system, the director of an education software company for 15 years, worked with Apple, Microsoft, IBM and Oracle, and lectured at other universities.

Paul currently lectures in both the on-campus and online programs at Curtin. He provides support in the use of educational technology, as well as working on mme moe software that provides agency for teachers in professional learning.
